Running a business comes with a never-ending to-do list, and trying to stay on top of admin, emails and daily tasks can quickly become overwhelming. As a virtual assistant supporting busy business owners across the UK, I help you get organised, take control of your workload and free up your time so you can focus on growing your business instead of getting stuck in the day-to-day.

Let me tell you a little bit about my background, as I haven't always been a Virtual Assistant.

When I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a Judge. I know, BIG dreams. They then got even bigger because I switched to wanting to become a Singer and actress, and even went to college for my Performing Arts Diploma. However, my mind always wandered back to being part of the legal world. At the age of 20, I became an Office Junior in a local Law firm. I then commenced my training towards a Legal Executive, with the intention of going further.

My life had other ideas, and after some thought, I applied and became a Probation Officer. This was a role I loved. Working under pressure, helping others and staying organised made me thrive. It was during this time, in early 2014, in fact, that I wanted to add an extra challenge and broaden my knowledge. Whilst working full-time (usually more than full-time with the hours needed to manage my clientele), I started my Personal Assistant Diploma.

Unfortunately, later in 2014, whilst I was studying, I had a traumatic experience of losing my big brother suddenly. I continued my studies throughout this time and completed them with Distinction. At this time, though, came the end of my career as a Probation Officer, and I worked as an Admin assistant for my probation colleagues. Whilst waiting for a new position to start, I worked at the Probation Head Office as a PA to the Directors.

In 2016, I became pregnant with my eldest, and we decided that I would be a full-time mother. My daughter was born in 2017, and I left the Probation service a year later.

Fast forward to 2026, my youngest, born in 2022, is going to primary school, and I decided to put my qualification to good use and start my own Virtual Assistant business, as I want to help business owners feel less chaotic and more organised so they can concentrate on the more important tasks of their business. I am a keen problem solver, and I love being challenged (I mean, I built this website myself from scratch with just intuition and patience). If I don't know how to do something, you can be sure I will find the answer and work it out. You can rest assured that you are in safe hands.

Behind my business, Caroline Beament Virtual Assistant, I am a mum of 2, a wife and have 2 dogs, a budgie and a really old goldfish! I am based in the lovely county of Lincolnshire. In my spare time, I am a total bookworm and love reading. My other hobbies include spending time in nature, with my family and being by the beach.
